Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

  1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern all sales of products made through the website Velcor.co (the “Website”). Any order placed on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

  1. Products and Availability

The products offered for sale are presented on the Website with detailed descriptions. Product availability is updated regularly; however, in the event a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

  1. Orders

Customers place orders by following the online purchasing process. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received. A confirmation email containing the order details will be sent to the customer.

  1. Pricing and Payment

Product prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Payment is made online using the payment methods accepted on the Website, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and generally range between 4 and 8 business days within France. In the event of a delay, customers may contact customer support for assistance and tracking information.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned products.

  1. Warranty and Liability

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with French law. In the event of a defective product, the customer may request an exchange or a refund.

Personal information collected through the Website is processed in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy. Customers have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

  1. Complaints and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact customer support in order to seek an amicable resolution. Failing this, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in France.

  1. Modification of the Terms and Conditions

Velcor reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The updated Terms and Conditions will apply to all orders placed after their publication on the Website.
