Refund policy

Return Period: You have 60 days from the date of receiving your order to return your product.

How to Proceed: Simply send an email to contact@velcor.co to receive the return instructions.

Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all included accessories, if applicable.

Refund or Exchange: Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will proceed with either a refund or an exchange, according to your preference.
