“Agent Zilopa” refers to the WhatsApp chatbot service operated by Zilopa.

“Service” means the chatbot and any related functionality offered through WhatsApp.

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of responses and may be updated, modified, or terminated at any time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Zilopa WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Zilopa’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO USE THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zilopa, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your:

  • Use of the Service

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of third-party rights

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may discontinue using the Service at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
